Who is this position for?
Anyone over the age of 18. No technical skills required, but good command of the written English language is essential. You must be able to persevere, until issues are resolved. Support Reps are usually Live Agents, who have gained more experience. You will already know your way around the systems, and find solutions quickly.
What will you be doing?
The second line of user support, for all the ZaGenie powered initiatives. Every issue must be resolved, and that responsibility lies with you. When tickets are opened by Live Agents, you take over and follow through. No voice nor video, just typed correspondence via the online ticket system. Simply select the already prepared canned responses. There is nothing overly technical for you to do. Just work your way through the knowledge base. Your job is also to add new articles to the knowledge base, if any new problems/solutions are discovered.
